OK! So, today marching how?!
To me, i think its quite fun! Hehe! I think our marching improve alr! At least we didnt redo, redo and redo again :) So keep it up ok?!
And i heard Ms Neo said tat next time band pract, every tues PE with PE shorts. And thursdays, is band tee with PE shorts.
So, if next time wear wrong attire, cannot blame your sls or majors!
Hmmm, BUT ITS NOT CONFIRM! I just post first. Incase k!
OK, ! Next tuesday sec 1 coming. Seniors remember set up as many mouth piece or instrument for your sec 1s! Cos there are more coming! If your sl not there, help them set up the sec 1s instrument/ mouth piece k!
OK, go do homework time! Next week assembly week! Remember bring tie! -.- HAHA!
AND I DUN WANT SEE ANY ATTIRE PROBLEM THE NEXT BAND PRACTICE! YOU ALL CAN DO IT RIGHT?!

Tmr we'll be doing marching! :)
Mr Lim said every end of the month do one time! Very good right! So must do properly, if not few practice march one time, tiring leh. Somemore now cos of study programme all these, everyone so tired.
Go home, watch tv also can fall aslp. RIGHT?! Haha.
So, whenever we have to do marching, march properly. So wont so tired, till you go home no need do homework all this! And remember do your bat man score homework! If now haven do, after you read this post, go do!

Hi band members!
Now the upper sec all having study programme, juniors learn to take care of yourself k! Dun depend on ur seniors tooooo much!
The performances, Monday, ppl said tat we were soft. On wed, Juncheng said we were much louder.
And the discipline was better. So, GOOD JOB everyone! Keep it up, and IMPROVE! :)
Next time without the leaders' reminder, also must keep quiet k :)
And Happy CNY! $.$ Spend the money at Caltex. HAHA~ JK! :x The caltex colour, is really caltex colour k!

Well it gonna be short and sweet ...
Especially just for IRSYAD and HASHEER . Later they sleep :D
Well let me tell you all doing a great job in the sec 1 orientation which happened this friday .
We could see each other's effort and commitment . Everything was there ... Effort and discipline but discipline . Needs improvement , its nothing to all of you right ???
I trust and believe all of you can do it . Why ???
Cos you guys are from SPRINGFIELD MILITARY BAND !
We are the best CCA in school ! Prove it and show them we are good .
Why bother thinking about what other people say ???
When they all say that means that they are jealous of us and preventing other ppl to join us !
In other words saying we are good !
And its a waste of time typing bad words cursing them .
Change your mindset ! SPFMB the best ! HAHA and you guys will be the best ! :D
The future depends on us ! What we do now ! :D
Well we got 100 + ppl . Like wad Mr lim said not all are going to join so its time for us to convince or so called psycho them in staying in the band so everything has to change !
No more shouting and scolding .
Initiative is the word i'm talking about . Its always ... Leaders must have initiative ! Why you guys cannot ??? Everyone to us is a leader ! Developing the leader in you(cant believe i used it) ...Everyone is a leader . So everyone ! Can we majors see more improvement !? :D

Tomorrow is the orientation dayyyyyyyy! Everyone work hard k! Put in all your effort for the performances!
The songs in the hall, remember wad the conductors want us to do. When to play louder, when to play softer, which part not to rush! Take note!
The formation, mark time, force! At least 45degreeee! Posture, chins up, shoulders back, arms lock!
And you need to listen to the other section. Dun play loud loud, then can only hear your instrument sound. Cover the whole band/section. Then the song also not nice alr right!
And dun talk while waiting to start our formation. Be proud! Dun "shit!" when you do the formation wrongly or lag. And be ALERT! Mace, instrument down, bow, and back and OF COS when Jun Cheng " instruments up" us! We will look very ugly if some lag uh.
Our target is at least 70 right! We want to change band room right! WORK HARD AND GET THE SEC 1S TMR! THE ONLY CHANCE! SHOW THEM WAD WE HAVE! :)

Sec 1 orientation is coming up ...
Important event .... No or should i say its the most important :D
No of members is seriously important .
I think all of you should know ! :D
So now its up to us . What is it gonna be ???
Target for this event ... 60-70 member .
Failing ! not an option :D
Work hard together and we can go through any obstacle (:
I know ... A lot of you , well i can say ... Most of you dont believe we can get 60-70 sec 1 .
Well all i can say is dont worry. We can do it ...
Like Albert Einstein said ... 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration and you'll achieve success .
In other words ... Just work hard and you will achieve success .
Worry more about your formation and music . Then the sec 1 will come :D
Just imagine . bigger sound , bigger band room , bigger formation , BIG BAND .
Its going to be great :D
Just the thought of it makes me so happy (:
All i can say now lets work hard together and get those sec 1s . HAHA (:
PS : Wah guan ! all instruments are important :D
