Ok i'm finally back to NAG . Haha this is going to be one long post ! :D
I hope you'll read it and understand wad we are going to be going through ...



YOU ARE NEVER ALONE
Ok it seems that i found out in band that you never walk alone .
... Search deep down whether you really love the band ???
I can see more efforts in you and i am really proud of you guys .
All of you play important roles in the band ... Whether you have leadership roles or not .
You still have to give your 100% -or in fact 110% in everything you do . Or you'll do it half-heartedly ...
Which means you have to do it all again . Time is not on our side and we should cherish every moment of it :D
We share it together and we do everything together .
Our dear seniors have left us but the band have to go on ... We have to do them proud :D
Belief is the word . We have to believe ourself and each other .
Confidence is the key conponent you need in order to have things going .
Help one another , clear your doubts and then everything we go smoothly .



Firstly , the attitude towards the band must change .
If the attitude and passion is not there ... It means the band will NEVER EVER improve and thats a fact .
Some members alway say ... Today very tired can dont go band ???
Some members say ... Today band practice is not important right . Can dont go right ???
And many more unreasonable excuses .
Let me tell you this ... if you always dont want to come but always end up comin .
Your body is in the band but your soul is somewhere else . Like that how to improve ?
Secondly , if you are tired ... WHO IS NOT ???
lastly , to some ppl that think band practices is not important ... let me tell you this .
EVERY BAND LESSON IS IMPORTANT .
Omg questions that can make me vomit blood -.-
The perfect example is yeng hao . He used to be like that but he changed for the better
So after saying so much ... can i see an improvement in the band ?


Ok i'll be very frank with you ... The competition is nearing and time is slowly getting away from us . We have to train and keep practicing in order to win an AWARD .
Some seniors have gone through alot from the last competition and know wad it takes to win a medal back ...
We have been through thick and thin but it was not enough ...
Thats the fact but a new year so we have to prove to the school something .
Working hard is good but working smart is better ...
The band needs your cooperation and then we can finally start our formation ...
With your heart together , there is nothing to be afraid of . Haha :D





If i see an imrovement in of of us as a band ... I'll continue with my second part of the post :P
