So UG ppl are joining us for prac next tuesday. We have to make them feel welcome and happy. Haha. Make them feel like band is also their CCA and not because they are here to help us. If you have the chance, teach them about their instruments :)
Talk to them, bond with them. Make everyone feel like family.
