Dear band,
If you are reading this, I hope this is your short study break. Recharge, then go back to study again. Dont spend too much time on the computer.
I hope that all of you are putting in 100% effort into studying for Mid year exams. To do well - is not by luck or by chance. Set a goal, aim for the goal by working hard. Remember - if you fail to prepare, you are prepared to fail. So, preparation is important. Next, just before the paper or during the paper, stay calm and have a clear focused mind. If you can do what I said, the outcome will be within your control.
Convince yourself, parents and all others that band students can do well in studies. Then nobody can comment that you waste time on CCA and flunk studies. Let yourself be the case whereby you spend time on CCA, yet juggle well with studies, yet have good grades. =)
Then, you will fulfill your basic role as a student. Parents will not stop you when band practices resume.
By the way, due to termites infesting the band room, band room and store will be under intensive renovation soon. Instruments will be locked elsewhere during the period. So, be prepared to have a brand new band room and store after June holiday. Then, we can start afresh and discuss about upcoming programs.
Any updates, I will let you know. Looks like seniors prefer ORD at end of year. So, I got no objection to keep it to end of year. Just that our UG band students will be invited back then. Hope they join us for their efforts and time spent with us. We are a family! =)

SSOOOO long never update..
ON BEHALF OF THE MAJORS N TEACHERS, WE ALL WISH ALL THE BEST N GOOD LUCK FOR YOUR MID YEAR EXAM.... come on.. tmr is monday n holiday go n revise..proof everyone that band member can do well in our studies.. jia you.. wish the people that are going to take 'N' n 'O' level a very2 gd luck.. we do well in our studies.. n proof our parent that we can do well then our parent let us go for band again then we enjoy n inprove for 2012... but remember studies is still on so dont argue hehe... senior is more stress then you guys... heheeh
